Everything you own and owe, and what to do about it.

Balance Sheet keeps your assets, liabilities, income and expenses in one place. An AI advisor you choose reads it and hands you a feed of things to do: dates to act on, letters to send, money left on the table.

Free to start. Your figures stay on your device. Works in any browser, and on iPhone.

The feed

Not a dashboard. A list of what to do next.

Every week your advisor reads the whole sheet and comes back with cards: the fixed rate that ends in eighteen months, the tenancy that needs a rent review, the card balance costing you £54 a month. Each one cites the facts it used, and each one has its action ready.

  • Emails drafted to the right person, calendar reminders set for the right date. You approve or dismiss; nothing goes out without your tap.
  • Discuss any card. Ask why, push back, give it a fact it was missing. Type, or talk to it and hear the answer.
  • Attach a document in the conversation and it is read, filed on the record and its details filled in.
  • The app itself flags gaps: a property without its title deed, an account without its number, a mortgage without its end date.

The sheet

A real balance sheet, for a real life.

Property, shares priced live, crypto, cash, collectibles, a stake in a business, a car. What you owe against each. Income and outgoings, so you can see what moves the number each month.

Personal and company

Add a company you own and switch between its sheet and yours. Each gets its own feed, history and reviews.

Say it, paste it, or upload it

Talk through what you own. Paste a list. Upload a broker statement and every holding becomes a record.

Background on file

Each record knows what it ought to hold: deed, statement, account numbers, certificate. Gaps are shown, then closed by reading what you attach.

Connections

Values that keep themselves current.

  • Banks connect through your own bank login. Balances and transactions update by themselves; repeating payments are offered as income and expenses you approve one by one.
  • Brokers, exchanges and wallets connect with a read-only key of your own: Trading 212, Interactive Brokers, Kraken, Binance, or a wallet address.
  • Anywhere else, point the advisor at the institution's API documentation with a read-only key. It writes the connection, we run it, and you see what it found before it is saved.
  • Statements still work everywhere. Upload one and the closing balance, account details and repeating items are read from it.

Keys are stored encrypted and used only to fetch. Use keys that can read, never ones that can trade or withdraw.

Your advisor

Pick the model. Pick how you pay. Change your mind any time.

The advisor is whichever frontier model you choose, working from a prompt you can read and edit. It sees what you share, and only that.

On the web and on your phone

Same sheet, every screen.

The web app works in any browser, with the navigation down the side on a big screen. The iPhone app adds voice mode and native bank connections. Your data syncs only if you turn it on.

Privacy

The numbers are yours. We built it that way.

  • Assets, balances, income, expenses and documents are stored on your device: the app's own storage on iPhone, your browser's storage on the web.
  • The server holds your account, your credit balance, and encrypted keys for the connections you add. It fetches balances on your request and passes them to your device without keeping them.
  • The advisor sees what you share. Every record and every field can be hidden from it. You can read the exact prompt before it is sent.
  • Sync to our server exists for one reason, using your own Claude as the advisor, and it is off until you turn it on.

What leaves your device

The prompt for a review, to the model you chose. A file you ask to have read. A balance fetched on sync, passing through.

What we keep

Your email and name. Encrypted connection keys. Usage for billing. Your sheet, only if you switch on Claude sync.

What we never see

Your bank login. Your document contents. Your API keys in plain text. Your numbers, unless you sync them.

iPhone

The iPhone app is in testing.

Leave your email and you will get the TestFlight link as soon as the next build is out. The web app is open now and holds the same sheet.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is this financial advice?

No. Balance Sheet is a record-keeper and a relay. The suggestions come from the model or advisor you chose, working from the facts you gave it. Every action waits for your approval, and you should check anything that matters with someone qualified.

What does it cost?

The app is free. The default advisor is pay as you go: the model's own cost plus 25%, with the first dollar free; a typical weekly review costs a few pence to a few tens of pence depending on the model. Bring your own key and it costs nothing. Use your Claude plan and it costs nothing extra.

Which banks and brokers connect?

Banks in the UK, EU and US through Plaid. Trading 212, Interactive Brokers, Kraken and Binance with your own read-only key, plus Bitcoin and Ethereum wallet addresses. Anything with API documentation can be connected by the advisor. Everything else works by statement upload, and every request for an institution we do not yet cover is counted.

Can I share an asset with someone else?

Yes. Add co-owners with their share, and the sheet counts your part. Invitations and shared editing are on the way.

Can I use it for my company?

Yes. Add the company and switch between its sheet and your own. The advisor reviews one at a time, and knows which it is looking at.
