Balance Sheet keeps your assets, liabilities, income and expenses in one place. An AI advisor you choose reads it and hands you a feed of things to do: dates to act on, letters to send, money left on the table.
Free to start. Your figures stay on your device. Works in any browser, and on iPhone.

Every week your advisor reads the whole sheet and comes back with cards: the fixed rate that ends in eighteen months, the tenancy that needs a rent review, the card balance costing you £54 a month. Each one cites the facts it used, and each one has its action ready.

Property, shares priced live, crypto, cash, collectibles, a stake in a business, a car. What you owe against each. Income and outgoings, so you can see what moves the number each month.

Add a company you own and switch between its sheet and yours. Each gets its own feed, history and reviews.
Talk through what you own. Paste a list. Upload a broker statement and every holding becomes a record.
Each record knows what it ought to hold: deed, statement, account numbers, certificate. Gaps are shown, then closed by reading what you attach.

Keys are stored encrypted and used only to fetch. Use keys that can read, never ones that can trade or withdraw.
The advisor is whichever frontier model you choose, working from a prompt you can read and edit. It sees what you share, and only that.
No key needed. Each review is charged at the model's cost plus 25%. Your first dollar is on us.
Add an Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI or OpenRouter key. Calls go straight from your device to the provider. We charge nothing.

Independent advisors, human or model, can list on the marketplace at their own rate. Disputes go to Recourse under its Standard Rules, using the standard clause. See terms, section 8.
The web app works in any browser, with the navigation down the side on a big screen. The iPhone app adds voice mode and native bank connections. Your data syncs only if you turn it on.

The prompt for a review, to the model you chose. A file you ask to have read. A balance fetched on sync, passing through.
Your email and name. Encrypted connection keys. Usage for billing. Your sheet, only if you switch on Claude sync.
Your bank login. Your document contents. Your API keys in plain text. Your numbers, unless you sync them.
Leave your email and you will get the TestFlight link as soon as the next build is out. The web app is open now and holds the same sheet.
No. Balance Sheet is a record-keeper and a relay. The suggestions come from the model or advisor you chose, working from the facts you gave it. Every action waits for your approval, and you should check anything that matters with someone qualified.
The app is free. The default advisor is pay as you go: the model's own cost plus 25%, with the first dollar free; a typical weekly review costs a few pence to a few tens of pence depending on the model. Bring your own key and it costs nothing. Use your Claude plan and it costs nothing extra.
Banks in the UK, EU and US through Plaid. Trading 212, Interactive Brokers, Kraken and Binance with your own read-only key, plus Bitcoin and Ethereum wallet addresses. Anything with API documentation can be connected by the advisor. Everything else works by statement upload, and every request for an institution we do not yet cover is counted.
